Yes, we ship our bespoke hats internationally. Please contact us for shipping costs and details.

Where are you located?

Our bespoke hat workshop is located in Corinda. We welcome clients to visit our workshop by appointment.

What is your Shipping policy?

Each item is carefully wrapped or boxed for safe travelling and storage. We use Australia Post for shipping and can arrange express post if necessary. Shipping costs are extra and will be calculated on location.

We are located in the western suburbs of Brisbane and can arrange collection from our studio if this is more convenient. 

What is your Return & exchange policy?

We are happy to return or exchange a product if it is in original condition and has not been worn. 

With the exclusion of custom-made pieces.
